Midwest BSFA member Dr. Cassandra Jones is bringing folks together to talk about various scales of time from 7-9 p.m. on Feb. 23 at the Mercantile Library for the Institute for Research in Sensing (IRiS)’s Alloy series! Participants will discuss geological time, time in astrophysics and non-absolute time, seasonal time and plant-life, cultural perceptions of time (including CPT and Queer Time) as well as perceptions of time in music.
